身の回りにある第三者の手による文章（英単語帳や扇風機の説明書、ピアノの教本など）を収集し、それらに記載された文面を単語や文節ごとに切り分けます。本作では同時期に放送されていた二つのテレビドラマ――『Sex and the City』（米国）と『渡る世間は鬼ばかり』（日本）――を使用し、切り離された文言を組み合わせて多様なバリエーションで作文し、そうして生み出された一見意味をなさないテキストをタイトルに設定し、絵画を制作します。「作品が出来あがってからタイトルを付ける」という一般的な名付けの主従関係を反転させる試みです。

I collect written materials produced by others in my everyday surroundings—such as English vocabulary books, electric fan manuals, and piano method books—and fragment their text into individual words and phrases.For this project, I specifically sampled dialogue from two television dramas broadcast during the same era: "Sex and the City" (USA) and "Wataru Seken wa Oni Bakari" (Japan). By recombining these disparate linguistic fragments into a multitude of variations, I generate texts that, while appearing nonsensical at first glance, serve as the titles for my paintings.

This process is an attempt to invert the traditional hierarchy of naming—where a title is usually bestowed upon a finished piece—by allowing the title to exist first and dictate the creation of the artwork itself. ​
